Powered by diesel and electric engines, controlled electronically, this allows the captain to optimise efficient fuel use and reduce emissions. The ship also has strict policies on recycling, limits plastic use, and educates guests onboard via expert lectures on science and conservation.

As an expedition ship with fewer than 200 passengers, you’ll have twice-daily (weather permitting) excursions off the ship, including zodiac cruising and shore landings. With a strong guest to crew ratio, you’ll get to know both your crew and fellow passengers over afternoon drinks or citizen science programs.
